Capabilities
DZX Alloy takes pride in its in-house manufacturing and processing facilities, where we specialize in the production of high-performance alloys. Our advanced processing capabilities, combined with over 22 years of industry expertise, enable us to deliver the ideal materials for industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, and medical equipment.
Our 12,000㎡ factory is fully equipped with facilities for research, production, testing, and packaging of various alloy products. We adhere to ISO 9001 standards throughout the entire production process, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. With an annual production capacity of 1,200 tons, we specialize in producing Nickel Based Welding Wire 、 Thermal Spray Wire 、Pure Copper & Copper Based Alloy、 Copper Welding Wire 、Silver Welding Wire. Additionally, we have introduced fully automated rolling equipment, which boosts production efficiency by 25% compared to traditional equipment. Our proprietary high-temperature annealing process ensures that our nickel strips exhibit exceptional ductility and corrosion resistance.
Raw Material Smelting Workshop
Wire Drawing Workshop
The wire drawing workshop is dedicated to the production of alloy wires. It is managed by five operators with over five years of experience and two quality control personnel. The workshop is equipped with ten German and Japanese-imported wire drawing production lines, used for cold rolling and hot drawing processes, with a monthly production capacity of 100 tons. Our technical team closely monitors and adjusts the process in real-time to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of each wire is maintained at ±0.01mm.
Metal Annealing Workshop
The metal annealing workshop focuses on the annealing treatment of alloy wires and strips to enhance ductility and tensile strength. By precisely controlling the temperature and time, we ensure that the materials perform optimally during subsequent processing. The workshop is operated by three annealing process operators who manage the furnace operations and temperature monitoring, and two quality control personnel inspect the products post-treatment. We are equipped with six Japanese-brand vacuum annealing furnaces and Swiss temperature control equipment, offering temperature control precision of ±1°C. The process is fully automated to minimize human error and guarantee that materials are heated in an oxygen-free environment to prevent surface oxidation.
Machining Workshop
The machining workshop handles deep processing of alloy materials, including precision cutting, punching, milling, and drilling operations. The workshop features four CNC machining centers from renowned brands such as DMG (Germany) and Mitsubishi (Japan). By employing CNC technology and high-precision tools, coupled with CAD/CAM systems for design and process control, we achieve processing accuracy of ±0.01mm, ensuring stable product shape and precision.
Raw material procurement control
We have established long-term partnerships with reputable suppliers to ensure the stability and quality of our raw materials. Each batch of raw materials must be accompanied by quality certification documents (e.g., material reports, composition test reports, etc.). We conduct thorough incoming material inspections, including chemical composition analysis and mechanical performance testing, to ensure compliance with technical requirements. All raw materials undergo spectral analysis to verify that purity is 99.6% or higher.
Production process control
Key production stages, such as size measurement and strength testing, are monitored online to ensure product compliance at each stage. We implement real-time monitoring during processes like heat treatment and welding to ensure that process parameters align with design specifications.
Finished product quality test
100% inspection of finished products, including dimensions, strength, and resistivity, ensures that the product pass rate is above 99%.
Chemical composition analysis: We have two spectrometers for confirming product compositions through spectral analysis.
Structural analysis: Equipped with an electron microscope, we can analyze the microscopic structure of materials.
Mechanical performance testing: Tests include tensile, impact, and elasticity assessments.
Non-destructive testing: We use an X-ray inspection machine for scanning, radiographic testing, and methods like magnetic particle or penetration testing to ensure the products are free from cracks, porosity, or other defects.
Appearance inspection: We check the surface of the products for smoothness, and ensure there are no scratches, rust, or other surface defects.
